The falukorv is a traditional sausage with origin från the northern region of Dalarna. Us at Gudruns makes it accodding to traditinal recepoes and has a meat content of 65% and weighs 1.8 kg / pc packed 2 pcs / pt (3.6 kg). Dimensions 50cmx6,5cmx6,5cm.
In terms of taste, the falu sausage has a pleasant neutral taste and is good for gratinating or frying.
