Thin slices of frozen beef meat, also called “skav” in swedish, made on the silver side of the beef and is natural in taste. Frozen in leaf cubes of 3x3x0.3 cm and sold in 4 kg package. Can be fried quickly, why not together with wild mushrooms, cream and spices.
