The OSCAR® Premium series consists of 5 flavor-enhancing spice pastes.
The products are versatile and ready to use, separately or in combination with other OSCAR® products, e.g. broth granules, liquid stock concentrate or Signature stocks, broths and sauces.

The products are heat-treated, which means they can be used directly in the cold kitchen, without having to be heated first. The OSCAR® Premium products are easy to use and at the same time reduce your preparation time and guarantee an even taste. Can be advantageously used as a complement to the spice rack, as the high flavor intensity means that the flavors are highlighted immediately.

OSCAR® Premium paste is made from citrus fiber, which is a natural and vegetable gelatinizing agent. This ensures that you get a number of stable products due to the stabilizing and binding properties of the citrus fibers, which is an advantage when used in e.g. a hollandaise or a vinaigrette. In addition, all 5 OSCAR® Premium pasta products are vegetarian and/or vegan.
