Product description
OSCAR® Signature Fish Broth is a mild fish broth that can be used in light fish soups and sauces, as a good base for a mussel sauce or as a complement to a seafood stock. You can also cook your own fish stock with this broth, for example for a turbot bisque. You can also use the broth when poaching fish.
1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Fish Broth is boiled on 240 g of fish bones.
