Product description
OSCAR® Signature Veal stock has a natural sweetness and a high content of collagen from the calf bones. You can reduce the stock and you will get a nice thick and natural glace thanks to the high collagen content. Feel free to combine our veal stock with OSCAR® Signature Roasted Chicken stock as a base for cooking. It goes well with a variety of dishes and different types of meat. The sweetness of the veal fits very well in a classic pepper sauce.
1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Veal Stock is cooked on 2,200 g of veal bone.
