Product description
OSCAR® Chicken Stock Concentrate Organic gives you a good versatile base with the genuine taste of cooked chicken. Use it in soups and sauces, for example in a classic white sauce for fried guinea fowl breast, or for cooked dishes such as chicken fricassee. You can advantageously use OSCAR® Chicken Stock Concentrate Organic directly in cold dishes, for example in a chicken salad, or in a classic curry dressing for a Club Sandwich.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use
Shake before use.
Dosage: 20-30 ml per l of boiling water. Can be used in both hot and cold dishes.
Add directly to the dish.

Storage before opening
At room temperature.

Storage after opening
In the refrigerator at +5°C.
