OSCAR® Veal broth pasta has a genuine classic taste, with the sweetness we recognize from veal. It is suitable for building a dish from scratch. For example, try the classic dish veal sauté marengo. The veal broth is also a good base for sauces such as a pepper sauce made from veal broth, cream, OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction and Madagascar pepper.
Bucket with 5 kg of pasta gives 255 liters of broth.
Instructions for use
Dosage 20 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.
Storage before and after opening
At room temperature.
