QimiQ is a Salzburg-based family business headquartered in Hof near Salzburg on the beautiful Lake Fuschl. The word QimiQ is a made-up word and means something like “Quick Milk”.
QimiQ is a natural product and consists of 99% local cream and 1% gelatin (beef).
