Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions
PROGRAMME
No, you register as a visitor and receive a digital entry ticket with a QR code sent to the e-mail address entered on your registration form. When you arrive at the event, you can choose which activities you want to participate in. Please note that you must have registered as a visitor and received an entry ticket to be able to take part in the event programme. Entry tickets are free to anyone working within the industry.
TICKETS AND REGISTRATION
If you have entered incorrect details, you can re-register as a visitor using the correct details or contact us.
- Your ticket is sent to your e-mail at the time of booking. Look for the e-mail address noreply@ndc.easyfairs.com.
- If you still can’t find your ticket, you can contact us.
No, tickets are individual and non-transferable. However, it is fine to invite industry colleagues free of charge. When they register as visitors, they will each receive their own individual entry ticket.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Local bus services 6, 8 and 33 go to Hyllie, service 6 also has a stop (Hyllie vattenpark) at Malmömässan. The yellow regional buses stop at Hyllie Stationstorg (station square), including service 346 from Trelleborg and service 170 from Lund.
BY TRAIN
Hyllie Station offers unique access to the whole of the Öresund region. Copenhagen Airport is only 12 minutes away via the Citytunneln rail link. It takes 3 minutes to get to Triangeln, while Malmö Central is a journey of just 6 minutes. With frequent round-the-clock departures, both Pågatåg and Öresundståg services stop at Hyllie Station, which has exits leading direct to Stationstorget, situated around 300 metres from Malmömässan.
BY CAR
Malmömässan is located on the inner ring road (Inre Ringvägen) in Hyllie. There are over 3,000 parking spaces in the area, as well as charging stations for electric cars. You can find more information about parking on PMalmö’s website: www.pmalmo.se.
BY AIR
The proximity to Denmark and both Copenhagen Airport and Malmö Airport Sturup makes the venue ideal for international events. If flying into Copenhagen, it’s a quick and easy 11-minute trip with the Öresundståg service direct from Copenhagen Airport. The station is called Malmö Hyllie and it’s the first stop in Sweden. Airport shuttle buses run into the city centre, from where you can take a bus or the Citytunneln rail service to Malmömässan.

All visitors are equipped with a smart name tag that allows you to easily scan the exhibitors that peak your interest. You no longer need to carry lots of business cards and you will instead receive an automatic email with all your favourites listed.
AT THE VENUE
There is a staffed cloakroom on site.
Malmömässan is located at the inner Ringvägen in Hyllie. In the area there are over 3,000 parking spaces and also charging stations for electric cars. More information about parking can be found here.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed into the venue (except guide dogs).
Malmömässan has a restaurant and a café.
The event is only open to those actually working in the sector. This is purely a business-to-business event and only representatives from the business community and public sector may attend. Identification may be requested together with a business card on entry. The minimum age limit is 18. Unfortunately we cannot admit private individuals or students. Pushchairs and large items of luggage are not allowed into the event hall.
