OSCAR® Duck broth pasta is a genuine duck broth, which enhances the taste of duck that has been roasted in the oven. The duck broth goes well with classic sauces with duck. Try combining OSCAR® Signature Roasted Chicken Stock with OSCAR® Duck Broth pasta, as a good base for a sauce for duck confit. You can also use the duck broth to, for example, flavor tapioca grits, which you can use as chips when you want to serve snacks.

Replacing with 900 g of pasta gives 31 liters of broth.
5 kg bucket – gives 255 liters of broth

Instructions for use
Dosage 30 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.
