Product description
OSCAR® Demi Glace concentrate is a powerful and flavorful concentrate that forms a good base for your sauces. Demi Glace is easy to work with when you have to make red wine sauce or a sauce on steaks or casseroles. OSCAR® Demi Glace can be combined with other of our stock concentrates or our Premium series.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives 11 l of stock.

Instructions for use
Shake before use. Dissolve 100 ml in water while heating and boil thoroughly. Then add other ingredients to the desired finished sauce.

Storage before opening
At room temperature.

Storage after opening
In the refrigerator at +5°C.
