Product description
OSCAR® Fish broth pasta has a mild taste of fish that is suitable for light fish sauces, for example the classic Sauce Normande, where you can advantageously use OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction together with the fish broth. You can also flavor your bechamel sauce with fish stock when making fish lasagna.

Replacing with 1 kg of pasta gives 51 liters of broth.

Instructions for use
Dosage 20 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.

Storage before and after opening
At room temperature.
