Product description
OSCAR® Lammfond concentrate has a pleasant and genuine taste of lamb. The lamb stock can be used in sauces or stews, for example the classic Lamb Sauté Marengo. Feel free to braise the leg of lamb in lamb stock concentrate for a tasty team that is the perfect basis for a good sauce. With OSCAR® Lamb Stock, you can serve a sauce that is adapted to your main course. Try flavoring OSCAR® Sauce Espagnole with lamb stock concentrate and you get a wonderful lamb sauce.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use
Shake before use. Dissolve 20-30 ml of stock in 1 liter of warm or boiling water.

At room temperature.
