OSCAR® Signature Veal Broth can be used for pot roasts, boiled dishes and light sauces when you don’t want such a high collagen content. The mild veal broth contributes to providing a good foundation/base in e.g. a classic dish such as Veal Sauté Marengo or Veal fricassee. The veal broth is also good to use as a cooking stock in slow cooking. Feel free to let the meat cool in the pan to preserve the flavor.
1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Veal Broth is boiled on 600 g of veal bone.
