Product description
With OSCAR® Signature Fried Chicken stock, you get a stock with an intense and rich chicken flavor with umami. The stock can be used as a base in a wide range of sauces thanks to the fried taste, and the low collagen content means you can easily reduce it without having to worry about it getting too thick. Feel free to use Signature Fried chicken stock as a base together with OSCAR® Signature Veal stock or OSCAR® Signature Oxsvansky. Suitable in a white sauce for both poultry and fish.
1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Fried Chicken Stock is cooked on 3,000 g of chicken bones.
