Product description
OSCAR® Shellfish Fondant is made from natural ingredients that are boiled, skimmed, strained and reduced. The stock has a strong and characteristic taste of seafood.

Areas of use
OSCAR® Seafood stock goes well with fish dishes, soups, sauces and stews with fish and shellfish, for example lobster bisque or a seafood sauce with dill.
