A popular product with a focus on reduced food waste is the vegetable chips, where we make use of parts of the raw material that were previously used for, among other things, biogas. Through our “Svinnovations”, we have succeeded in reducing wastage in production, while at the same time you in the kitchen get a product to use both as a flavoring agent and as an alternative to increase the proportion of vegetables in the food.
