Authentic cheddar cheese sauce made from Dutch cheddar cheese with a rich and mild flavor of jalapeño.
Good resistance to heat and boiling. Add 3 dl of tomato sauce to one liter of cheese sauce, and you get a new type of cheese tomato sauce. Use as a Tex-Mex-style lasagna cheese sauce or as a topping sauce.
